Steve Siporin is the Founder and CEO of Siporin & Associates, LLC (SALLC). 

Prior to establishing SALLC in 2006, Steve was the co-founder and co-director of Allied Health Management Associates, Inc. SALLC specializes in legal issues that involve guardianship, conservatorship and care management for individuals with traumatic brain injuries, dementia and other disabilities. 

As an expert witness, Steve has been asked to offer his legal expertise in matters concerning traumatic brain injury throughout the state of Michigan.

Steve earned an MBA from Wayne State University, a CPA license, and a J.D at the University of Detroit. Along with over 35 years of experience, he and the SALLC team work to ensure that clients receive top quality services. His experiences overseeing large financial systems at General Motors, Arthur Andersen LLP, Sisters of Mercy, and OE Automation, where he served as CFO, qualify him to handle any financial issues that may arise.

 He currently resides in Metro Detroit with his wife. They have two grown children. When not working, he enjoys music, sports, the arts, movies, theater and spending time with his family and friends.
